Great! Just started using it and hair seems fuller and stronger after 2 washes. Very impressed.
I've only been using about 2 weeks so far so too soon to tell which is why I gave a 4 vs. 5 rating but so far so good. The smell of both the shampoo and conditioner isn't as pleasant as I thought...smells a bit like "medicated", which I understand but hope that can be tweaked.
Im post partum and tried everything my hair line is back in just over a few months. I had such a good experience with the person who introduced me. She explained the transition process & that this is a treatment. I followed her guidance and kept going & my hair has never felt better
Worked at first but then I begin to have more hair loss and developed scalp sores and also my ends felt so dry and brittle then before. Would not recommend! Was very disappointed

Honestly didn’t expect to notice a difference this fast 😅 my hair was feeling super thin (especially around my edges) and I was dealing with more shedding than usual, but now my hair feels fuller at the roots, I’m seeing way less shedding when I wash and brush, my scalp feels so much healthier, and my edges are slowly coming back in 🙌

Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. The Hair Thinning Defense System actually left my hair feeling thinner and noticeably flatter than before. Given the high price point, it’s disappointing that it didn’t deliver on its claims.
The only positive I can note is that the scent is pleasant. However, it did not perform as described in terms of improving hair thickness or volume.
That said, my salesperson was excellent—knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. My experience with them was the highlight of the purchase.

I was hoping for this thickening shampoo system to work for me but I am not happy with the results
I used this product for 1-1/2 months and my scalp is very itchy with the shampoo and the scalp serum.
I am sad In can't return this shampoo system.
This system gave me better hair in my 40s than in my 30s! And I tried everything!!
